How Skip Permits Work in Redbridge

4. Where Can You Put the Skip?

  • The licence conditions include ensuring safe placement, lighting, marking, no obstruction.
6. Permit Enforcement

  • Skip companies found without valid licence face removal of skip and enforcement action by Redbridge Council.
7. How Long Does Approval Take?

  • Notice: at least 7 days’ advance notice required for new licence + 5 working days for renewal
  • Bay Suspension – 5 working days
