Proskips have been booked by demolition contractor Prostrip Demolition Services and contractor Parkeray to provide Wait and Load skip Hire in Regents Street. Skip Hire in the West End is difficult due to the large volume of both pedestrans and vehciles. It is extremely hard and expensive to get westminster council skip permits and so the contractors opted to book wait and load skips. They used a variety of 8 Yard Skips, 16 Yard Roll On Off lorries and Box Lorry colelctions to cope with the large range of materials coming out of the Jaeger Building.

Above the brands prime retail site is a number of offices that are being refurbished.
